When making a reservation at Hillcrest Inn, guests have the choice of paying a 100% deposit through Paypal or giving a Master Card or VISA Card number to hold the room. This credit card number will not be charged until checkout unless we receive less than 1 week notice for a cancellation. A 50% cancellation fee or the 100% deposit through Paypal will be forfeited for cancellations with less than 7 days notice. A 100% cancellation fee will be forfeited for cancellations on the check in date. If we are able to re-book your room, you will not be charged any fee. As we are a small business, we appreciate as much advance notice as possible for cancellations!
